Zilauto allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Please include in your request:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- Your registered phone number, if applicable
- Any additional details that may help us identify your account

Fill in your details and we will process your request
This action is permanent and irreversible. Your profile, vehicles, and booking history will be deleted.
How the Process Works
- We review and verify each request for account security
- We may contact you to confirm ownership of the account
- Once verified, your deletion request will be processed within 7 working days
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account profile information
- Saved vehicles and related profile data
- Uploaded documents linked to your account
- Associated in-app account data, where applicable
Data That May Be Retained
- Billing, invoice, or transaction-related records
- Information required for legal, compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes
