When you book a service through Zilauto: (a) You agree to pay all fees associated with the service; (b) Prices shown are inclusive of labor costs unless otherwise specified; (c) Additional charges may apply for spare parts, which will be communicated before work begins; (d) Payment can be made through our secure payment gateway via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or cash on delivery.
Service commitments and any warranty applicable to parts or workmanship are provided by the selected workshop or manufacturer and may vary by booking. Users should review the workshop's terms and the booking details before approving work.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund eligibility depend on the booking status, whether work has started, payment status, the selected workshop's terms and any conditions shown for that booking. Use the available booking controls or contact support for a review of your request.
You agree not to: (a) Use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; (c) Interfere with the proper working of the service; (d) Make false or fraudulent bookings; (e) Harass or abuse our staff or workshop partners; (f) Post or transmit any harmful, threatening, or offensive content.
All content on the Zilauto website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Zilauto and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Zilauto acts as an intermediary connecting users with service providers. We strive to ensure quality service but: (a) We do not guarantee the quality of services provided by workshops; (b) We are not liable for any damages arising from services performed by partnered workshops; (c) Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services; (d) We are not responsible for any disputes between users and workshops.
